Quality Copperworks has the right to refuse any product that has been made for a client after 30 days from delivery. If you do not open and verify the contents of your order, Quality Copperworks may decide what course of action we deem neccassarry.

The customer is responsible for all shipping returns. There is 40% stocking fee. There is a 30 day limit on all returns from ship date or invoice.
