Shipping
Products are usually shipped in 24-48 hours after shipping crate and product are weighed.
We can also calculate a shipping cost that will be added to your final payment for the product.

We use the safest and most economical way to ship your item. We have various sizes of crates designed especially for shipping purposes. All corners of your product will be protected and the product is bubble wrapped for extra measure to prevent damage during shipping.

Please open your new product within 2-3 days of receiving to ensure it reached you safely with no damage.

Returns
Please ask to receive a photo of your actual product before shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping returns. There is 40% stocking fee. There is a 30 day limit on all returns from ship date or invoice. Please open your new product within 5-7 days of receiving just to ensure it reached you safely with no damage. Quality Copperworks has the right to refuse any product that has been made for a client after 30 days from delivery.

Please call us with your measurements of your copper project for a quote. All of our products are hand made one at a time to suit the customers needs and expectations. Before we start your project we require a 50% down payment at the time of your order and receive the final 50%, plus shipping, before we ship the project to you. We will gladly send you a picture of your new product before shipment. The shipping costs will be added prior to weighing the product in the shipping crate. We use the safest and most economical way to ship your product. We have various sizes of crates designed especially for shipping purposes.

All corners of your product will be protected and the product is bubble wrapped for extra measure to prevent damage during shipping. When you sign the sales order, we will make your product specifications as discussed and will keep you updated on progress by email or telephone.

Export Shipments
Export shipments Must be arranged on an individual shipping destination basis.

One Year Warranty
We warranty all of our products for one full year against manufacturing defects. If your product is different from your sales order, we will gladly rectify the problem by arted is to repair, offer replacement, or refund as we deem appropiate. We will pay for the shipping back to us, be sure not to damage the crate before you inspect the product. Please take measurements and visually inspect the product. We will honor the warranty after installation but the warranty will not pay for removal or re-istallation charges of the product.

If Quality Copperworks cannot validate your claim over the telephone, email and pictures, we will need the product shipped back to to us for inspection and will be determined if it is a valid claim. You will need to pay for shipping to return the product and we will refund any shipping costs upon validation of the claim. Quality Copper Works will charge a $50.00 inspection fee and for re-crating if it is determined to be an invalid claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to have the product re-shipped to you. We will not accept any product back without the return authorization number of the box. This was given to you before we shipped the product.

Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after we receive 50% down payment. We do not accept the 50% down until we are ready to start your order.

New Claims Handling
Please inspect and make a count on your order promptly. Freight companies no longer pay for claims made past 10 days from shipment date. Damage that is found after the 10 day period will be the customers responsibility. Please keep all shipping boxes, crates, packing materials, and damaged items for the carrier to visually inspect before a credit will be issued to your account.

Keep In Mind When Purchasing Copper Products Regarding Color Changes
Quality Copperworks often applies a patina color and occasionally wax to our copper products. Please be aware that copper sinks, counter tops, and copper range hoods have a natural living color that varies. Quality Copper Works cannot be held resposible for any change in color of copper products as copper is a natural product with it's own living color. All sales are final with the understanding that copper obtains a natural living color in regards to all copper finishes. Refunds and exchanges will be allowed according to our policy listed above. Finish colors, patina colors and pattern variations do not qualify as a warranty claim condition. We may attempt to re-work your product finish if the color you see was not what you expected at time of delivery.
